This was the spirit the Japanese Eyewear Brand had in mind when they launched their brand over a hundred years ago in 1905. Until this day, more than a century after the first Masunaga collection came out, the brand still thrives on excellency and high quality, the standard on which the Japanese built their reputation. Today, the brand, which received the Silmo d’Or in 2015, presents its new Fall-Winter collection, which once again impresses with a skillful blend of high-quality titanium, acetate and metal.
The models bear iconic names, such as Waldorf (inspired by the luxurious hotel Waldorf Astoria in New York) or Giselle, after the ballet piece Giselle, a masterpiece of the French Romantic Theatre. Japanese perfection meets glamour meets classicism.
